The onboarding journey
Three guided steps
Onboarding walks you through setting up your intelligent phone reception.
- Your line of business. You indicate your field (for example medical, real estate, legal, hospitality). This choice adapts the assistant's vocabulary, the fields offered and the relevant integrations.
- The assistant setup. You define the name, voice and behaviour of your assistant, along with the basic information about your establishment.
- Your plan. You choose the plan suited to your call volume and start your free trial.
The hospitality case
If you select the hospitality sector, an extra step offers to connect your property management system or channel manager (Mews, Channex) and to activate booking payments. You can also set up this connection later from the settings.
Resume later
You can leave the onboarding and pick it up again: ucallix saves your progress and brings you back to the current step at your next login.
