Understanding the free trial

A period to test in real conditions

The free trial lets you try your assistant before any payment. It covers a duration and a volume defined by your plan, so you can set up your assistant and take your first calls with no immediate commitment.

The countdown starts on the first call

To give you time to set everything up, the trial period starts on your first incoming call, not at sign up. You configure your assistant calmly, then the trial begins when your reception takes its first real call.

When the trial ends

At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically switches to the paid plan you chose, and the first payment is charged. Your service continues without interruption.

Stopping before the end

You can stop the trial at any time from the Subscription page. In that case, no payment is triggered.
