Why connect your system

For hospitality, ucallix links to your property management system or channel manager (Mews, Channex) to read your availability and rates in real time, then create bookings directly in your system. Your assistant thereby informs your callers with accurate information.

Set up the connection

From the settings, in the section dedicated to hospitality, enter the credentials provided by your system (access tokens, service identifier). Once the connection is established, ucallix synchronises your room types and your rates.

Resynchronise

If you change your setup on the property management side (new rates, new rooms), use the resynchronise function to refresh the data on the ucallix side.

In case of difficulty

Check that the credentials are valid and that your property management plan allows access to the interface. Changes to or unavailability of the third party system are beyond ucallix's control: in case of a persistent blockage, contact your property management provider.
