Choose and change plan

Each plan matches a monthly call volume. From the Subscription page, you move to a higher plan (upgrade) or a lower one (downgrade) according to your needs. On an upgrade during the cycle, the amount is prorated for the remaining time.

Payment methods

Payment is made by card. For eligible annual plans, direct debit is offered. You can switch your subscription to direct debit from the same page.

Billing portal

The billing portal gives you access to your invoices, your payment method and the history of your payments. There you update your card when needed.

Cancel or resume

You can cancel from the Subscription page: the service stays active until the end of the period already paid. As long as that date is not reached, you can undo the cancellation and continue your subscription.
