Manage your availability and exclusions
What exclusions are for
Exclusions indicate the periods when you are unavailable: public holidays, leave, exceptional closures, reserved slots. The assistant takes them into account so it never offers a slot during these periods.
Add an exclusion
From the dedicated page, add an exclusion with a label, a start date and an end date. You can create as many as you need.
Remove an exclusion
A closure cancelled? Remove the matching exclusion: your availability reopens on that range at once.
Good to know
Exclusions combine with your usual hours. Set them ahead of time for known leave, so the assistant always reflects your real availability.
