Configure your voice assistant

Your workspace has one assistant, the one answering on your number. There are no instructions to write: its behaviour is set from the Settings page and draws on what you enter in your other pages.

The voice

On the Settings page, in the AI receptionist voice section, you pick a voice from a catalogue of natural voices. Click the preview to hear a sample before choosing the one that best matches your organization. The change applies from the next call onwards.

The announced identity

Your company name and business label are announced in the greeting and set the tone of the conversation. Write them the way you say them on the phone. The receptionist language sets the language of the greeting, and the assistant then adapts to the caller's language.

The business sector

The sector chosen at sign up adds the habits specific to your trade and determines the available features, for example room booking in hospitality or property search in a real estate agency. It is locked after the first choice. Contact support if you need to change it.

What the assistant is allowed to do

Two settings define its scope:

Your working days, your business hours and your excluded periods frame both functions. Outside those windows, and during the lunch break, the assistant stays on the line, answers what it knows, then offers to take a message or book an appointment.

What makes its answers good

The content of its answers comes from three places:

The more precise those three pages are, the more faithful the assistant is to the way you work.

Test then refine

After each change, call your number from another phone to check the result. Then read the summary on the Calls page and correct the relevant page according to what you heard. The configuration is refined step by step, over a few days.
