Create and edit an assistant

From the Agents page, you create one or several phone assistants. Each assistant has a name, a voice and a behaviour that you tailor to your activity.

The voice

You select the voice from a catalogue of natural voices. A preview lets you listen to each voice before choosing. Pick the one that best matches the image of your establishment.

Personality and instructions

You describe how the assistant should introduce itself, the tone to use and the rules to follow during the call: how to greet the caller, which questions to ask, when to transfer, what to do with a request outside its scope. The clearer your instructions, the more faithful the assistant stays to your expectations.

Test then refine

After each change, place a test call to your number to check the result. Then adjust the instructions based on what you hear. The configuration is fine tuned through successive iterations.
