Answering your callers' questions

As soon as you fill in the knowledge base, your assistant answers your clients' common questions directly, with your own information. This is the first lever of performance: a rich, well written base turns a simple switchboard into a real source of answers.

Booking, moving and cancelling appointments

By enabling appointment booking, your assistant checks your calendar, proposes a slot, confirms the appointment, and can also move or cancel it during the call. You define the working days, hours, duration and location: the assistant follows them strictly.

Connecting to the right person

By enabling transfer and declaring your team members, your assistant directs the caller to the right person, after checking their availability. If you declare no team member, the assistant does not offer a named transfer: it then favours a direct answer or a message. This is why filling in your team members and services markedly improves call routing.
