Manage your fleet of sub accounts

The overview

The Fleet page gathers all your sub accounts. There you see each equipped client and access its configuration in one click. It is your daily starting point to administer your fleet.

Enter a sub account

From the fleet, select a sub account to open its configuration: assistants, services, knowledge base, settings, plan, client records and payments. You then act within that client's scope, without leaving your integrator space.

Track activity

Each sub account gives access to its call history and its client records, which lets you follow real usage and support your clients.

Good practices

Name your sub accounts clearly and keep their configuration up to date. A well organised fleet makes support and scaling easier.
