Getting started as an integrator

The integrator model

The integrator resells and manages ucallix on behalf of its own clients. You administer a set of accounts, called sub accounts, from a central space. Each sub account matches an establishment you equip.

Activate your space

From the integrator onboarding, enter your organisation's information. Once your space is activated, you access the fleet of sub accounts and the consolidated billing.

What you manage

For each of your clients, you configure the assistants, the services, the knowledge base, the settings, the plan and, where relevant, the payments. You keep an overview of your fleet's activity.

Next step

Create your first sub account, then configure its assistant. You can then replicate this setup for your other clients.
