Configure a sub account's assistants

From the sub account

After opening a sub account from your fleet, go to its Agents section to create and set its assistants. You act exactly as a user would on their own account, but on behalf of your client.

The settings

For each assistant, you define the name, the voice and the behaviour instructions. Adapt the tone and vocabulary to the sector and image of the establishment concerned.

Services and knowledge base

Complete the setup with the client's services and knowledge base. These elements give the assistant the context it needs to answer that establishment's callers accurately.

Validate

Place a test call on the sub account to check the result, then adjust the instructions. Repeat the operation for each client in your fleet.
