How much does ucallix cost?

ucallix offers several plans based on your monthly call volume. See the pricing page for the details of each plan. You start with a free trial before any payment.

Does the free trial commit me?

No. You can stop the trial at any time from the Subscription page, with no payment. If you do not stop it, the subscription automatically switches to a paid plan at the end of the trial.

What phone number does my assistant use?

Your assistant answers on a dedicated number provided during setup. You can forward your usual line to this number so your calls are handled automatically.

Can the assistant transfer a call to a person?

Yes. Depending on the instructions you define, the assistant can transfer the caller to a member of your team in the situations you specify. You describe these rules in the assistant's configuration.

Can I change plan at any time?

Yes. From the Subscription page, you move to a higher or lower plan whenever you wish. When moving to a higher plan during the cycle, the amount is prorated for the remaining time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You cancel from the Subscription page. The service stays active until the end of the period already paid. As long as that date is not reached, you can undo the cancellation and continue.

Is my clients' data protected?

Yes. ucallix processes your clients' personal data on your behalf, as a processor under the General Data Protection Regulation. You remain the data controller. The details appear in the section dedicated to data protection.

How do my clients pay for their booking?

The assistant generates a secure payment link, sent by text message. The payment is made on a page hosted by Stripe and is collected directly on your account. The link stays valid for twenty four hours.

When am I paid for my commissions?

Your commissions open as your referrals' collections are confirmed. To be paid, submit your invoice from your space within the allotted time. Past this deadline, the commission concerned may be forfeited.

Does my commission change if my referral changes plan?

Yes. The calculation follows your referral's new subscription. When they move to a higher plan, the commission adjusts dynamically to the amount actually collected.

What is the difference between an integrator and a referrer?

The referrer recommends ucallix and earns a commission on the clients they bring, without managing their accounts. The integrator resells and administers ucallix for its clients through sub accounts that it configures and steers.

How many sub accounts can I create?

You create as many sub accounts as clients to equip, from your fleet. Each sub account has its own configuration and its own plan, billed according to its call volume.
